i was just wondering if anyone here had any experiance with Malayan live bearing snails in a afican cichlid tank because i was looking to get rid of a algea problem and i came across them while searching and they seem to do everything good also they hide in the sand during the day also there shells are to hard so fish cant eat them. any help would be good  thanks

they could work...depends on if you fish develop a fascination with digging them up or not.
